Each guest room at First Farm in includes a desk equipped with everything needed for working away from home, as well as a cork-screw for starting your romantic celebrations.
The 1870s Room

The 1870s Room has tall windows overlooking the neighbor's pasture. The matching antique oak bedroom set has been in Jen's family for four generations. Hanging quilts were made by our great grandmothers.

 

We enjoyed our short - 1 night stay in your beautiful home.  It was a quiet, peaceful respite and one that we hope to repeat soon for a weekend.  The blue room was perfect for us.  Being a So. Carolinian by birth, I loved the watercolors of Pawley's Island and Barbados was a favorite family vacation.  The animals were gentle and friendly.  Fluffy and the horses were our favorites.  This is a special place and you do a wonderful job.  Thank you for your gracious hospitality and for the breakfast carbonara.  Delicious!  We'd like to try the hot tub and massages when it's cooler weather. - Florence, KY

 

The Treetops Guest Room

Referred to as the 'Green' room, the impressive size comes from its original design to house three of the At First Farm Inn Kentucky, your bed and breakfast room includes all the amenities of a top-quality motel or hotel plus original art and stained glass windows. Stevens brothers who each were responsible for a different species of animals: cattle, sheep and hogs after the family immigrated here from Germany and built the house in 1870. Previous owners added the cathedral ceiling, wall unit and multiple sets of dimmer switches.

The antique oak bed and oak washstand were originally owned by Jen's great grandparents whose photos are on the living room wall.We've been told the oversized bath in this room was the site of the first indoor plumbing in the county.

What a delightful time! The green room was so pretty and spacious with a lovely bathroom to match!  We both enjoyed ourselves so much.  We are both country gals turned city gals so this was very enjoyable, like going back in time, but more luxurious! The house is air conditioned, although it is seldom needed with the centuries-old maples surrounding it and our hilltop breezes.

Need to work while you?re here? Desks include all office supplies. Faxes can be sent or received. Messages are delivered promptly. For a small additional charge, hold your meetings over breakfast or brunch.

Never stayed in a B&B? We're all different, but your room at First Farm Inn has all the amenities of a Radisson or a Hyatt and more. Under state law, inkeepers Relax in the Living Room at First Farm Inn, just outside Cincinnati's beltline. must reside in the house to qualify as a bed and breakfast.

Forgot something? Don't stress. We have extras of everything.

In B&B terminology, our family room, living room and dinning room are “common areas” where you are welcome to gather and visit with other guests.  You can play the piano, put a puzzle together, play Monopoly or Scrabble or Dominos. If you’re not sure about something, simply ask.  We do our best to help you enjoy your time with us. Tinkle the ivories on the grand piano in the Living Room at First Farm Inn Kentucky.
