| Relaxing Budget Country Getaway for Two |
Yes, you can take a fun, active four-day three-night vacation for under $500 without spending hundreds of dollars in gas!
Arrive at 3 p.m. Sun, Mon or Tues., to spend three nights at First Farm Inn (three nights with one horseback ride for two $423 and
$468 --before taxes). Wake to a big breakfast, then head to the barn for a ride. Have a late lunch or early dinner at Acapulco's
Mexican Restaurant ($15-20 including tip, additional for drinks).
Come back to sit in the outdoor hot tub with your favorite drinks you've brought with you. (Go to the casinos if you feel lucky or
want nightlife.)
Wake to another big breakfast. Ride again if you'd like. ($55 per person) Head to Cincinnati to enjoy the Art Museum
(now free admission) in Eden Park, then drive past Mirror Lake and spend a couple hours admiring orchids, bonsai and the myriad of
plants at the Conservatory, (also free) part of the local parks system.
Stop in at one of our local grocery delis -- Flicks or Remkes and pick up picnic foods ($8-20 everything from fried chicken to sushi)
to enjoy around the patio table, on the porch or take your picnic to a park. (You can also bring a picnic from home, there's a
fridge in the room.)
On Thursday nights in the summer, visit the Lawrenceburg riverfront or the park in Burlington for free concerts.
For the ultimate relaxation, add in-room hot stone massages for both of you ($135)

- Drive down to Rabbit Hash, loop over to tour Dinsmore Homestead then on to Big Bone Lick State Park (free) to hike the trails, see the buffalo and visit the museum. On your way back to First Farm Inn, stop in at Indigo's just off the Dixie Highway exit of I-71-75 for a fabulous calzone, pizza, pasta or salad ($20-$40).

Two Midweek Nights with Hot Stone Massages! Save $9-18

Hot Stone Massage Therapy – one of the most popular spa services around the world – is now available to First
Farm Inn guests through Healing Therapy Associates of Bellevue. Heated basalt river stones combined with
traditional therapeutic massage relax muscles and make you feel great! Deep penetrating heat radiates from
the amazingly soft rounded lava rocks, bringing soothing relief to stiff or sore muscles. Two one-hour
sessions in your comfortable room at First Farm Inn plus a two night stay and waking to fabulous breakfasts
are a bargain at $351 or $378 for any two nights between Sunday and Thursday.

Single night midweek prices are $117 and $126. Single night weekend prices are $126 and
$135, plus local and state taxes. Discounts for multi-day stays. Two night minimum on three-day weekends.
Your stay at First Farm Inn includes a bountiful breakfast for two and use of
the hot tub, paddling or rowing around the pond, hiking, fishing, rocking on the porch, stretching out in the hammock,
playing with the animals and relaxing.
Children and other guests sharing your room are $18 extra per night. Well behaved,
supervised, respectful kids with manners have a great time here. If that is not how you
describe your kids, please do not bring them. It is not safe to let children "run wild"
on a farm.
Quiet, well mannered pets my be allowed at the same rate as children (with prior discussion.)
Our insurance doesn't allow indoor smoking.
Check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Other check-in times available by special arrangement.
Check-out time is 11 a.m.
Our cancellation policy is refunded if rebooked. That means you share the risk if you
change your mind at the last minute. A booking is a commitment we keep to you, turning
away others who would like to come on the date you have reserved.

| Horsemanship Lessons Available |
Friendly horses of assorted colors and breeds offer noses to pet
and eagerly take carrots and apples from outstretched hands. During the
two-hour horsemanship experience, you’ll learn grooming basics and help tack
up. We help you mount and fit the saddle to you before heading to the riding
arena where we work on becoming the horse’s leader and communicating when we
want stops, starts and turns. Then we head for the hills, along the ponds
and through the woods to see what kinds of farm animals, birds and wildlife we
can find. The experience ends with removing tack, feeding treats and bathing or
grooming, depending on the weather and the day’s schedule.
Please do not ask to ride if you weigh over
225 pounds or if you are not physically fit enough to get up on a horse.
Anyone who is fearful may be led on horseback. Riding is physically strenuous
and requires good posture, balance, concentration, thoughtfulness and the
ability to listen.
Even the quietest horses
can be unpredictable. By coming to the farm, you accept responsibility
and all liability for your experience on the ground or riding. You may bring peppermints, carrots or apples as treats if you'd
like. Overnight boarding is available.

| Ride with the Kids |
|
Riding can be a magical experience for kids. Learning to control a 900-1,300
pound animal and sitting nearly six feet off the ground can be a real
thrill. Evaluate your child’s maturity level carefully when you schedule riding.
We’ve had 10-year-olds who had extreme difficulty while mature
five-year-olds did well on their own horse with a lead-line held by the
instructor staying with the rest of the group on the trails.
Younger kids don’t have the balance and control of their own bodies yet to ride by themselves.
A respect for animals, good listening skills and a significant attention span are
necessary to enjoy the riding experience. Our daughter loves having guest kids to
show around and help her play with her stuff in her room! Our dog and kitties are very child-friendly
as well.

| Really Learn to Ride Horses Package |
Learn to ride in Kentucky's horse country. At First Farm Inn youll learn how to communicate with your trusty equine
friend and convince all 900-1,500 pounds of him to do what you want. Then we ride over the hills and through
the woods keeping an eye out for other wild and domesticated creatures. Rides generally only include up to five
riders and one or two instructors. After you make your horse comfortable, you can stretch out and watch the sun
set from the outdoor hot tub. Wake up smelling the delicious all-you-can-eat breakfast, then take the horses out
again and practice the new skills your body has integrated during the night.
Two midweek nights with breakfast, use of the hot tub, two horseback rides for each of you $414 in the 1870s room, $441

We're just a short drive from Miamitown, Ohio, antique shops, just 20 minutes to the big Florence Antique Mall,
six miles to Burlington Antiques and nearly every summer weekend there is a special Sunday antique show. Richwood Flea
Market is open every weekend as well as Tuesday mornings. Book now, summer weekends fill up quickly.
Burlington Antique show is the 3rd Sunday April through October.

Check your calendar and set your dates now to ski at Perfect North Slopes, just across the river in Lawrenceburg,
Indiana. Despite the lack of snow on the ground around Cincinnati, all Perfect North needs is three days with
weather below 28 degrees to cover the hill with snow.
Early skiing is uncrowded and a GREAT time to learn – as is late season skiing. Most years Perfect North open around the middle of December. They close about
March 15 each year. If you book to ski and there is no snow, we’ll help you find other fun and, of course, won’t
charge for the lift tickets
