First Farm Inn is a two room bed and breakfast, as well as a horseback riding establishment. We are located in the tri-state area of Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio — just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio on a unique historic farmstead. We are just a few hours’ drive from Indianapolis, Bloomington, Fort Wayne, Lexington, Louisville and Columbus, Ohio.
Our address is Kentucky, but we are a big part of the Cincinnati area horse community.
Follow signs to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International airport, taking I-275 west about 10 miles. Go past the airport to Exit 11 (KY 20 to Petersburg).
Take Exit 11, KY 20, (Petersburg, the first Kentucky exit from Indiana).
Turn right off the ramp and go one mile to Stevens, the first road on the right at the top of the hill. Watch for the brown “heritage tourism” sign with the right arrow. Turn right. First Farm Inn is one mile ahead on your right. Look for the red barns and white fence. The road dead-ends at the far end of our property line. Park on the asphalt in front of the house, come up on the porch and ring the bell.
First Farm Inn bed and breakfast is right off I-275, the belt around Cincinnati. We are 1 1/2 hours from Louisville, Lexington, and Indianapolis and about 5 hours from Chicago, 3 from Columbus, 1 from Dayton. Come enjoy the Kentucky bed and breakfast experience with us and try our version of a trail ride on friendly, healthy, happy riding horses of all colors, sizes and breeds.
